Nez Perce County Historical Society & America’s 250th Anniversary

Nez Perce County Historical Society & Museum presents celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary. Events starts at 11am to 2pm. Free museum entry (all day 10am-4pm). Daughters of the American Revolution will be in the Capitol replica building giving out free flags and tote bags. Madame Melanie Bonhore LeFrancois who started Lewiston’s Hotel de France in 1861 will be in the main museum building. Tom Eier will be replicating a dugout canoe on our campus. Twin River Genealogy Society will be in our Heritage House. The museum will be popping popcorn. The Green Machine Ice Cream Truck will be on the campus for those who would love to have ice cream.
