Opening on December 3, this original traveling exhibit highlights the work of Denes G. Istvanffy in the “Ghost Towns: The Photography of Denes G. Istvanffy” exhibition. A Hungarian immigrant and award-winning photographer, Istvanffy captures the beauty and history of Montana’s ghost towns and mining camps, including Bannack, Virginia City, Elkhorn, Marysville, and Garnet. In 1989, he selected 30 images from his extensive collection to create this exhibit, showcasing the enduring allure of Montana’s past.

The exhibit goes through March 1, 2025
