Dinner in the Dark at Brava’s
Dinner in the Dark is an experiential event that challenges attendees to rethink the importance of vision in the food experience. Upon arrival, our staff will explain the concept and the dining process will be described in detail. Dinner consists of four courses paired with local wines. With the assistance of their table guides, our guests are blindfolded while food is brought out and enjoyed. Diners do not know the menu ahead of time, but courses are described by the chef after each course has been eaten, along with an ingredient card and image of the plate that was served.
