Carole Simon-Smolinski will present her book at the Lewiston City Library, 2nd floor. Just Add Water is the story of an ambitious late 19th Century irrigation project initiated and funded by Charles Francis Adams, Jr. that led to the establishment of the unique community of Clarkston, WA. There will be a book signing and books will be available for purchase.
